1. Forum Disabled - Forum has been disabled for several days now. You can not post any new topics or reply to any post. As you can see from the image below we are logged in but they do not give you a option to respond or place a post.
2. Payment Proof Page Removed - Site has no link to the payment page. However few days ago it was available to users. The payment proof page can be used to see when the site last sent a payment. Since it was removed, you can no longer see when payments were last made.
Google cache shows that the site did have a link to the page before it was removed:
